Obituary for Elaine Albright Hodge

Elaine Albright Hodge, age 76, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away at 7:20 a.m. on Friday, April 27, 2018, at the Cox South Hospital in Springfield. She was born July 29, 1941, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Veronica Sheba.

Elaine was a 1959 graduate of Schenley High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was an accountant for ATMS in Springfield, Missouri.

On May 25, 1995, she married Glenn Hodge, in Miami, Oklahoma.

Elaine is survived by her husband of 22 years, Glenn; two sons, Michael Albright and his wife, Amy, of Branson, Missouri and William Albright and his wife, Elaine, of Halltown; eight grandchildren, Alysia Haines and her husband, Jere, Chad Farrier and his wife, Tayleur, Carl Farrier, Jason Albright, Michael Farrier and his wife, Mariah, Bryan Krueger and his wife, Naomi, Emily and Kathryn Albright; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Norman Sheba of Grove City, Pennsylvania.

Her mother, Veronica, first husband, William Albright, and a great-grandson, preceded her in death.

A graveside service, under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, Missouri, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at the Rock Prairie Cemetery in Halltown, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2018, in the funeral home chapel.

Memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans in care of the funeral home.
